Cheryl Breland, M.A., ACC

Cheryl is the founder of Daisy Coaching. She is trained as a pastoral counselor and a member of the International Coaching Federation as an ACC certified Life and End-of-Life Coach.

Cheryl has compassion for those walking through grief and loss to help them live well by loving others skillfully. She coaches privately, facilitates grief groups, and speaks at churches to educate on how to care for the grieving in our midst.

Grief is an unavoidable part of living. Cheryl encourages others to stop hiding from the pain of death and loss. Instead, she facilitates building resilience through learning to cope well and fostering social support.

Why Did Cheryl Choose Grief Coaching?

In short, she has compassion for those who grieve and a desire to care for them as they do their grief work. She calls them her tribe. Cheryl has mourned her losses, done her grief work, and received comfort from the Lord (2 Cor. 1:4). She also applied herself to study, receiving her master’s in pastoral counseling from Liberty University. Then, she received her grief coaching certification, allowing her to offer her clients experience plus education.

Grief coaching is a way to express God’s love for people by walking with them in their darkest times and partnering with them to engage in life again.
